Exercise: 6 days a week. 1 hour min.
Exercise Types: Mix of cardio. Mainly jumping rope.
Body weight (including yoga) exercises and use of light dumbbells with 30 sec. to no rest between sets. Reps to failure.

Diet: Mixed vegetables (mainly leafy greens), lean meats, fruit, low fat dairy, grains (oats & 100% whole wheat).
Fluids: Water (1 gal./day), Tea (white and green).
No alcohol. (Loss of aprox. 3,000 empty cals./week)
